About the event
Born in 1922 in Kowal, Poland, Joseph Alexander and his family enjoyed a comfortable and stable life until Nazi Germany invaded Poland in 1939.
A spry 102 year-old retired tailor, Joseph will recount his six years in 12 Nazi concentration camps including the infamous Dachau and Auschwitz Birkenau death camps.
Joseph is leading voice on Holocaust remembrance, sharing his story since 1997. Hear his personal account of survival, strength and determination.
